INVESTMENT:

• High-tech, international standard, specialized factory 3 shift operation.
• Raw material area for farming, growing, high-tech production, green and clean.
• The financial maturity period rotates every 10 years until the end of the agreed project period.
• Preferential tariffs and quotas.
• Consuming 90% of the product and keeping 10% of the factory price for social security.
• Two-way investment – Vietnam-US International.
• Organize 30% and 70% of shares for the 2 parties respectively investing and receiving investment.

Organization:

• - Organize into an international joint stock company for manufacturing companies of both Vietnam and the US.
• - General agents and international distributors: Region, Area, Province and District
        (According to the attached organization map).
1. Provincial Agents and Distributors – Brand Participation: 150,000.00 USD
2. District Agents and Distributors – Brand Participation: 100,000.00 USD
3. District Agents and Distributors – Brand Participation: 75,000.00 USD

Operations and Activities:

• - Trading, manufacturing companies, participating in the 99 global supermarket system brand are all managed by their own App through the online system and rotate 3 trade shifts and exchange goods each month connected in the security system.
• - All App systems and brands share the same international design and logo.
• - Self-devaluation or violation of regulations will result in license revocation and contract termination.

PRODUCTION AND CULTIVATION:

• High-tech and safe factory production, with insurance of its goods for consumers.
• Raw material farming area using high technology, natural (organic) and clean.
• Manufactured packaging is not reusable and self-destructing.
• Labor production according to the law, with insurance to join the union, paid hourly and paid weekly. Overtime minimum 10 hours a week, labor price double.
• Production workers contribute capital and share profits. If workers quit after less than 5 years, they lose their shares.
• In Vietnam, labor costs are cheap from 5 USD/hour to 100 USD/hour in 30 years.
